Finishes.

Our window and staircase factories both benefit from fully equipped paint shops. All of our paint systems are water based applied by compressed air spraying equipment. Spray booths with filters and extraction fans keep the paint shops clean and enable us to produce an excellent finish. To maximise the working area and minimise handling the paint shops are fitted with racking and tracking systems.

Windows are supplied as standard in a semi-finish of one basecoat of stain/primer plus one top coat of water based stain/micro-porous paint. A full factory finished option is also available.

Staircases can be supplied knotted and primed or treated with one coat of base coat sealer. This will save time on site preparation and offer a level of protection especially on the grain of Hardwoods treated with sealer. We can also offer fully finished staircases usually in Satin White or Satin Clear finishes.
